It aims to unify nonprofit organisations and for-profit businesses of all sizes in the values, commitments, and disciplines believed to be necessary to address hunger, poverty, and unemployment in a holistic and environmentally sustainable manner.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with Intetion (DEI+) is one of The Four Commitments outlined in The Full Circle Initiative. We believe that to enact consistent and lasting change, every person, practice, and organisation must adhere to The Four Commitments.

We encourage businesses to adopt these commitments alongside their existing policies so that we can achieve our collective social transformation goals.
